Executive director since 2017, Jesse is excited to be a part of impacting kids in the Charlotte-Mecklenburg area. He is excited to see coaches who are great role models leading kids as they develop essential character traits like grit and passion. In past years while volunteering at Dream Chaser events he has seen its reach and impact on individual kids as well as the empowerment that comes when they surround themselves with the right team. The vision of Dream Chasers to equip kids with the character they need to succeed through challenges and chase their dreams aligns well with Jesse’s other passions - being a middle school history teacher and soccer coach at Covenant Day School, which both provide opportunities to form relationships that empower.
